Cancellation & Returns Policy

Please take into account the following information regarding returns, replacements, defective products, cancellation of orders, and conditions for returning or replacing products:

1. Return of Products:

When it comes to returning goods purchased online, you have the right to withdraw without providing a reason within fourteen (14) calendar days. This right allows you to return the goods in their original condition and packaging without incurring any additional costs, except for the return costs. If you choose to exercise this right, the supplier is obligated to refund the amount paid within thirty (30) calendar days. You must inform the company in writing, by email, or through another permanent means of your decision to withdraw. Please note that returns will not be accepted if these conditions are not met.

If the reason for your return is due to an error by the company, the company will cover the cost of returning the product, provided that the return is carried out in consultation with the company and in the same manner that the product was initially received.

 

2. Replacement of Products:

If a product is considered defective, the company is obligated to provide a replacement. To request a replacement, you need to return the product to the company using a transportation service and place a new order (incurring the return costs). However, if the return is due to an error by the company, the company will cover the return costs provided the return is carried out in consultation with the company and in the original manner that the product was received. Once the product is returned, the customer will receive a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days.

 

3. Defective Products:

In addition to the previously mentioned rights, if a product is defective or does not meet the agreed quality, the buyer has all rights under existing provisions and laws regarding the sale contract and consumer protection.

 

4. Cancellation of Order:

If you need to cancel an online order that has been completed, please contact a representative of our company. Your order may be canceled if it has not yet been processed.

 

5. Conditions for Returning or Replacing Products:

To return or replace a purchased product, please ensure the following:
- The product must be in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which it was received, along with the retail sale receipt and any special product markings (tags).
- Inform the company in writing, by email, or through another fixed means available to the recipient.
- The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- For hygiene reasons, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for certain products such as headphones.
- The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for goods such as Smartwatches if they have been damaged by contact with water or water vapor.

If you paid by payment card or deposit, the company will proceed with the refund once the product is returned. Please note that any delays in crediting the amount to you that are not due to the company are not the company's responsibility.
